1 simple on-site rate - £20 / hour*. All day, every day
1 simple remote support rate - £15 / hour**
If you require additional hardware to resolve your problem, or if you wish to purchase components for upgrade, we will happily give you a quote up front with no obligation. We do not markup hardware - what we pay is what you pay. All receipts can be provided.
We accept cash, cheque, or any credit card via Paypal.
*We charge a rate of £20 / hour in 30 minute increments.
i.e. I spend 1.5 hours in your home - 1.5 @ £20 = £30
**£15 for the first hour, then £7.50 / hour for any subsequent hours
